Applesauce Brownies

Perhaps the best brownies ever.

Ingredients

• ½ C margarine
• 2 C sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 2/3 C applesauce
• 1 ¼ C flour
• 3 heaping Tbsp cocoa
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp baking powder

Instructions

Mix and pour into well-oiled pan and bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
When cool, frost with thin layer of mint frosting. When that is dry frost with chocolate frosting.
